1. How do I buy a book?

Individual customers - To place an order, please phone 0845 230 9000, fax 01202 715 556 or email learningmatters@bebc.co.uk.

Overseas - Overseas customers should contact the Learning Matters distributor in their country, click here for more information.

If your country does not have a Learning Matters distributor, please contact Jonathan Harris to discuss ordering and shipping procedure.

Alternatively, you may order directly from our distributor in the UK, BEBC (their contact details are below) and add £5.00 per book for overseas airmail postage.

2. How much is post and packaging?

£2.75 should be added for 1 book; add £3.95 for 2-4 books and £5.95 for 5-24 books. We do not charge carriage on orders of 25 books or more.

3. How long will my book take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 5 working days.

4. My books are late, what should I do?

5. Who is entitled to a free inspection copy?

Lecturers at colleges / universities who wish to consider texts for course adoption or recommendation.

Reviewers / editors who wish to consider texts for review in their journal or magazine.

6. How can I become a Learning Matters author?

Please contact Jonathan Harris with your proposals.

2. Returns

For authorisation, please contact your rep or Jonathan Harris (01392 215560), then send books in mint condition to BEBC.

3. Reps

We have a team of freelance reps who call mainly on academic and campus bookshops. Graham Uden covers Southern England, London, the Midlands and Wales; James Benson covers Northern England and Peter Moran Scotland.
