Integrated Services

Welcome to our Integrated Services pages where you'll find details about our Creating Integrated Services Series. Government policy promotes integrated services for Children and Adults as the way forward. Yet the field is immensely complex, with the involvement of multiple agencies, professionals and other stakeholders.

Our new series will help students on professional courses and new practitioners working within an interprofessional environment to make sense of this rapidly changing scene. In addition to considering key generic areas such as leadership and management, the series will look specifically at each of the core skills for the children's workforce identified in Every Child Matters. Written by multi-disciplinary teams, these books will be packed with case studies, key sections on values and ethics and links to relevant standards and professional guidance to ensure that they are as accessible as possible. These books will be invaluable in helping the reader to develop as a reflective practitioner.
